**Important Announcement**

On Tuesday, November 29th, 2011, The Hammocks Board of Directors adopted the
2012 Master and Neighborhood budgets.

In the coming weeks, all Owners of record will receive the respective budgets to their
address on file. 

In December, Owners will receive their quarterly fee statement which will reflect the new
budget amount for 2012. 

*Community Feedback Requested*

On Tuesday November 29th 2011, Residents of the Community submitted to the Board of Directors a "Proposed Cat Trap, Neuter and Release Program" (TNR).  Said program is in response to the over population of feral cats in the Community.  The proposed plan is available for viewing under the "Documents" section to the left of the screen.  We ask Owners to review and provide feedback on the proposed plan.  In January, the Board of Directors will make its final decision on whether to accept the proposed plan.  We thank all Owners for participating.
