On Tuesday, November 29th, 2011, the Hammocks Board of Directors approved
the 2012 Master and Neighborhood Budgets. To view the
approved budgets, click on 'Budgets' to the left of the screen.

On Tuesday, October 25th, 2011, The Board Of Directors considered and adopted the Rules and Regulations with changes. All Owners of
record will receive a copy of the approved Rules and Regulations with changes
via mail to the mailing address of record. The Rules and Regulations will become
effective thirty (30) days from the date of the notice

2011 Board of Directors Election
Don't forget that on February 22nd, 2011 you can vote for your choice on who will be on the 2011/2012 Board of Directors. For a list of candidate, please scroll down to the end of the page. If you are unable to vote in person on February 22nd, 2011, you can vote via absentee ballot. All absentee ballots must be received by 5:00 pm on February 22nd, 2011.

BUDGET ADOPTION MEETING
The Hammocks Community Association will be holding its annual Budget Adoption Meeting
this coming Tuesday, November 30th, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the Main Clubhouse.
9020 Hammocks Blvd.
On this day, the Association will go through the proposed 2011 budget and will be available to answer any questions regarding the proposed budget. The Board of Directors will then vote to adopt the proposed 2011 budget. After the adoption, all residents of the Hammocks Community will receive a mailing which depicts what your assessments will be beginning January 1st, 2011.

Homeowners are encouraged to participate in this annual election. Voting shows your support for those who will be making important decisions for your community on your behalf.
If you are unable to vote in person, please contact the association for an absentee ballot request. 305-382-3999 or click on 'Documents' to the left of the screen and download a request.
All absentee ballots must be received no later than Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010, by 5:00 pm.

NEW RECREATIONAL FACILITY ACCESS SYSTEM
Recently the Hammocks Community installed a new Access Control System at all of the HCA recreational facilities. Homeowners will have to go to the Main Clubhouse in order to purchase a new ID/Access card for entry at all of the recreational facilities. Homeowners will no longer have to carry around two cards for identification. The new system has Incorporated both id and access control.
Homeowners should note that your old control card will no longer work with the new system. Please pass by the Main Clubhouse 9020 Hammocks Blvd for more information and to purchase the new access control cards. Each card will cost $5.00.
